No Title!

Well we are 2 Months into the new year. I have not posted any new pictures yet, because I did not take any. My parents were here for 3 weeks but we did not see much of them, because they traveled to Arizona, California and Mexico. I enjoyed having them here.

Daphne got fixed and I found out that she was in the process of going into heat. She is a hoot.

Emotions are running high here because they gave out the Assignments and about 80% of the people did not get what they wanted. Neither did we. Our first Choice was Ft. Lewis, WA but there was only one opening and the guy who came from there got it back! We got an assignment, but we are in the process of switching with someone. Keep your fingers crossed. We have not told a lot of people, because until we have Orders in our hands it can change at last minute. Which can anyways because if Bob gets activated to Command Sergeant Major everything will change! We are ones again in the Waiting Mode.

Bob will graduate the Academy in May and I sent out Invitations already and I hope that everybody will be able to attend. We will have people sleeping at our house as many as we can. We will not let the furniture ship until after Graduation. We also have a Graduation Ball, which will be in May as well. I am not sure yet if I will use one of my old dresses or buy a new one. I have not seen anything I like yet.

The weather is getting warmer here, even though we had a little snow the other day. If you can call it that. It was flurry. The wind has picked up and it is royal pain in the butt! I am glad when we leave EL Paso. It was an experience, but I am done now with experiencing El Paso....lol. I hope that I will see some of my friends visit this year!!! Especially Diana and Jenni!

I miss work. As soon as we are at our new Post I will look for a part time job. This not doing nothing is not good for the brain. lol...

Otherwise there is really not much going on. We are waiting for the weather to warm up so we can go to the lake and take the Wave runner out on the Water. I want to take Daphne too, just to see how she will do with the Lake! She loves Water but she has not experienced a Lake or Ocean yet!
